The best solution to this problem is to correct your posture and take short breaks during the working day. This will allow the muscles to return to their natural position and reduce the chance of lower back pain.

4. Osteoarthrosis

Arthritis is a generic term that describes sets of diseases that cause back pain and swelling in the joints. Damaged bones and joints can press on nerves, causing back pain. The main causes of osteoarthritis are obesity, diabetes, age, and genetics.

As in the other cases, the best solution is the prevention of this disease. You can do it with the help of sports. An excellent choice will be those sports in which you will stretch your muscles. For example, yoga or gymnastics.
